Recently, A.O. Construction had the pleasure of working with the CRA for several projects in Haines City, including this home on Tangerine Circle. Its roof had missing and damaged shingles, so we installed a brand new, 2,100 square-foot roof with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. Let’s take a look at the before and after pictures.

The new roof features architectural shingles, which is the same type the original roof had. These are our preferred type of shingle due to their durability and aesthetic appeal. For this job, we used IKO architectural shingles in the color Earth Tone Cedar. This gives the roof a vibrant new look that has much better curb appeal than the old, worn gray shingle roof. Plus, it goes great with the home’s paint color.
For the underlayment, we went with a standard synthetic underlayment. This will help provide extra protection for the roof in case rain and moisture gets under the shingles, such as in a strong storm. Together with the shingles, this will ensure the customer’s new roof stays looking great and provides protection for years to come.
