It’s hard to study without a sound roof over your head. That’s why A.O. Roofing Services was happy to help out Warner University in Lake Wales with a new roof for one of their residence halls last year.
The roof of Williams Hall lost shingles to wind damage, leading to unpleasant leaks. We installed a new 20,000-square-foot roof with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty. Check out the before and after pictures below!

We replaced the roof with new Atlas brand shingles. We love the Atlas brand, and use their products for most of our projects. This is because they provide exceptional quality at a great price, plus they feature a lifetime warranty.
Besides the protection they provide, the aesthetics of a roof are also important. For this project, we used shingles in Coastal Granite, a lovely dark gray shade that goes great with the rest of the building.
Of course, shingles aren’t the only part of a roof. The underlayment that goes beneath the shingles is just as essential. It provides extra protection for your roof, and helps prevent damage from water that makes its way underneath shingles. We used a synthetic underlayment for this project, with resistance against UV, tearing, and more.
